Can I use essential oils on my baby?

by Cynthia on February 11, 2012

Oh YES you can use essential oils on your baby, and I use them on my baby everyday!

There was one time when Lydia was gassy at about 2 months, and she was crying, and I just knew it was gas. So I put Doterra’s DigestZen essential oil on her belly and she instantly gave me this big gummy grin. Thank goodness for the oils, because Lydia hasn’t had no where near the same amount of tummy issues that my other babies had.

So here’s a little video I did about my favorite things to keep my health up… Essential oils…YES!

Oh, and stay tuned for my birth story of Lydia, still writing it. :)
